133bat Terms and Conditions

1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 133bat platform and its users. 133bat is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, this Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative document. 133bat reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time.

By continuing to access or use the platform, you agree to the latest version of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

2Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To use services on 133bat, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account cancellation.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, 133bat reserves the right to close them at any time and forfeit any remaining balance.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password combining numbers, letters and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• Make sure to log out after using a public device.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

3Age Verification and Eligibility

At the time of account registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 133bat may at any time request your national identity card or other government-issued identification document for age verification.

Failure to submit the required documents within the specified time for verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended. Participation by or indirect benefit to minors is strictly prohibited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used to deposit money into 133bat. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.

4.3 Verification Process

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. 133bat may request additional verification documents if needed and reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳16,000 earns a ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made. The bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has a specific validity period which will be stated in the bonus offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• If 133bat suspects bonus abuse or fraud, it may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• VIP cashback and other promotion terms and conditions apply separately.

5.4 VIP Program

The 133bat VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback at each tier is up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0% respectively. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular activity.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet fails to process due to a system or network issue, the amount for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Results and Payouts

Bet results depend on the final outcome of the relevant game or event. 133bat confirms results from recognised data sources. If there is any dispute over a result, the decision of 133bat shall be considered final.

6.3 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 133bat reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 133bat platform:

• Fraud, match-fixing or abuse of the betting system.
• Bonus fraud — attempting to artificially fulfil bonus conditions.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's security or systems.
• Stealing another user's information or personally harassing them.
• Enabling minors to create or use an account.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and all deposited balance may be forfeited.

8Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by 133bat

133bat may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Direction from law enforcement agencies.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bonus conditions not fulfilled before account closure will result in that bonus being cancelled. However, the principal deposited amount may be withdrawn.

9Responsible Gaming

133bat reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notification on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you object to the updated terms, please contact the support team to close your account.
